To our Wonderful Clients,
From all of us here at Aurora we want to extend our warmest "Thank You!" for working with us for another year. We value the relationships we have built and look forward to being a part of your lives and businesses in the future.
I am reaching out to inform you that we are planning on increasing our pricing starting Jan 1, 2022. Our rates will be increased approximately 10% across the board. This increase is necessary to keep up with the consumer price index since we last reviewed our pricing in 2019, and the high inflation we have experienced in 2021. We try to keep our rates reasonable and competitive while also being able to provide healthy compensation and benefits to our growing team. We are grateful to our wonderful clients who value our services and pay their invoices on time with gratitude.
Additionally, I would strongly encourage our clients who are business owners to consider increasing prices and giving raises, and our clients who are wage earners to consider negotiating a raise. We are all in this together.
We ask that all open invoices from 2021 be paid in full by December 31st. We will be sending out statements with open invoices by the end of the week.
